1990s – Faculty of Civil Engineering & first jobs
He enrolled in the Faculty of Civil Engineering (he did not complete his studies) and as a student he started working at McDonald's.
It was there that his talent for leading and training people was first discovered – he completed the first academies for trainers and leaders, became a Crew Trainer, and then a Floor Manager.

2000 – 2014 – World stage and lessons from the sea
Entering the cruise industry – Disney Cruise Line, Oceania, Celebrity, Azamara, Carnival.
In addition to top-notch certificates, he gains invaluable life and work experience:

• Management under pressure
• Serving people of all profiles and cultures

2014 – Return to Croatia
Headhunted for work, but also for parents who needed support.
He continues to develop through the LQ Master Leadership Academy, working with the highest levels of leadership and introducing international standards into local organizations.

2021 – A turning point
He graduates from AoEC – Academy of Executive Coaching (London) and becomes a certified executive coach with a Practitioner diploma.
This becomes the foundation for deep work with leaders and organizations.
