Nisam imao \u201eidealno\u201c iskustvo. A razlika izme\u0111u \u017elice i vilice u fine diningu bila mi je prili\u010dno apstraktan pojam. Za mene je janjetina bila ne\u0161to \u0161to se jede s kapulicom ili mladim lukom, dok sam tek kasnije shvatio da se u Americi \u010desto poslu\u017euje s mint jellyjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do tada sam radio u McDonald\u2019su. Znao sam stisnuti gumb na grilu koji je sam pekao, dispenzer na ke\u010dapu koji je sam dozirao, oprati i poslo\u017eiti opremu te slijepo pratiti vrhunske standarde. To je bilo moje \u201efine dining\u201c iskustvo. Prije toga \u2013 gradili\u0161te tijekom studija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gledano izvana, te\u0161ko da sam bio logi\u010dan izbor.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipak, ne\u0161to se dogodilo na tom razgovoru. Nisam ostavio CV koji oduzima dah, ali sam ostavio dojam. Energiju. Osje\u0107aj. Netko s druge strane stola vidio je vi\u0161e od onoga \u0161to sam tada bio. Vidio je ono \u0161to bih mogao postati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I upravo zbog toga sam dobio priliku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disney me nije zaposlio zbog mog tada\u0161njeg znanja ili iskustva. Zaposlio me zbog potencijala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010deo sam na mjestu koje ve\u0107ina ljudi ne vidi kao priliku. Radio sam kao server u restoranu za osoblje na brodu, daleko od \u201esjaja\u201c i reflektora. No vrlo brzo sam shvatio jednu klju\u010dnu stvar koju Disney dosljedno \u017eivi: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pozornica je svugdje gdje postoji odnos s drugim \u010dovjekom.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u010din na koji pristupa\u0161 ljudima, kako slu\u0161a\u0161, kako razumije\u0161 potrebe i kako reagira\u0161 na njih \u2013 to je ono \u0161to se primijeti. I ono \u0161to se pamti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Promocija je do\u0161la brzo. Ne zato \u0161to sam bio najiskusniji, nego zato \u0161to sam dobio prostor pokazati tko sam. A osobnost, za razliku od tehnike, ne mo\u017ee\u0161 odglumiti. Iako mnogi danas poku\u0161avaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo ne pi\u0161em da bih pri\u010dao o sebi. Pi\u0161em jer sam nedavno repostao video u kojem server s Disney Cruise Linea, po imenu Eko, iz prvog lica pri\u010da svoju pri\u010du. Ne govori Disney. Ne govori HR. Govori \u010dovjek. Njegov engleski nije savr\u0161en, ali njegov odnos prema gostima, njegova toplina i stav \u2013 jesu. Po\u010deo je prije dvanaest godina i jo\u0161 uvijek je tu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tada mi je postalo jasno da moja pri\u010da nije iznimka. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nije bila puka sre\u0107a niti slu\u010dajnost. Disney ima sustav i leadership koji zna prepoznati ljude i dati im prostor da rastu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danas \u010desto tra\u017eimo gotova rje\u0161enja i \u201espremne\u201c ljude. Krijemo se iza HR odjela, strukturiranih razgovora, psihotestova i procedura. Onboarding programi su kratki, o\u010dekivanja visoka, a strpljenje minimalno. Nedavno mi je na radionici \u010dovjek koji je \u0161est tjedana u firmi rekao da jo\u0161 uvijek nije vidio svoj opis radnog mjesta iz sistematizacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iskustvo me nau\u010dilo suprotnom: ako \u017eeli\u0161 vrhunske ljude, mora\u0161 biti spreman sudjelovati u njihovom razvoju. Mora\u0161 znati \u0161to tra\u017ei\u0161 kada je u pitanju karakter i imati povjerenje da \u0107e se kompetencije razviti ako je karakter ispravan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kompetencije se mogu nau\u010diti.<br>Karakter se gradi puno te\u017ee.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zato i danas duboko vjerujem u potencijal ljudi s kojima radim. Ne samo polaznika, nego ljudi op\u0107enito. I ono \u0161to mi je va\u017eno \u2013 oni to osjete vrlo brzo. U sustavnom, dugoro\u010dnom radu ima\u0161 priliku ostati uz ljude dovoljno dugo da vidi\u0161 njihov stvarni proces. Njihove sumnje, otpore, nesigurnosti i male pomake koji izvana \u010desto nisu vidljivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A onda do\u0111e onaj trenutak. Kad se malo odmaknem, pustim ih da rade sami i samo promatram. I potekne suza. U sebi ka\u017eem: \u201eSvaka \u010dast, ekipa. Jo\u0161 jedna grupa koja se pribli\u017eila svom neograni\u010denom potencijalu.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upravo zato preferiram dugoro\u010dne, sistemske programe ispred jednodnevnih radionica. Ne zato \u0161to su one lo\u0161e, nego zato \u0161to rijetko ostavljaju prostor za stvarno postajanje. Razvoj tra\u017ei vrijeme, odnos i povjerenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve \u0161to danas radimo kroz ALI \u2013 Akademiju leadership inteligencije ima korijen u toj filozofiji. To nije klasi\u010dni edukacijski program. To je suvremeni oblik mentorskog leadershipa. Ne radimo s ljudima da bi znali vi\u0161e, nego da bi vidjeli dalje \u2013 prvo u sebi, a onda i u drugima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako netko tko nije imao savr\u0161enu pozadinu, savr\u0161eno znanje ni savr\u0161ene uvjete mo\u017ee dobiti priliku i iz nje izrasti, onda pravo pitanje vi\u0161e nije je li to mogu\u0107e. Pravo pitanje je: tko danas zna stvoriti takav prostor?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meni je netko taj prostor dao prije vi\u0161e od dvadeset godina. Danas je moj posao dati prostor za rast drugima \u2013 i prenijeti znanje kako to isto mogu u\u010diniti sa svojim zaposlenicima i kolegama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako vam ovo rezonira i ako \u017eelite to iskustvo do\u017eivjeti iz prve ruke, upisi za novu generaciju ALI Akademije (2026.\/2027.) uskoro kre\u0107u. Ova akademija je za vas ako \u017eelite unaprijediti sebe i posao koji radite ili vodite i to na zanimljiv na\u010din, bez ex-cathedra predavanja.
